The Millefiore Famiglia is made up of two groups: the Black Spell and White Spell, both of which were formerly two separate Famiglias, the Giglio Nero Famiglia and Gesso Famiglia, respectively, the former withdrawing after Yuniawakened from Byakuran's drug.
